In the mirror universe, Cooper was a Terran officer of the Imperial Starfleet who lived during the 23rd century. In 2277, Cooper held the rank of commander and served aboard Imperial Starbase 47. He was responsible for telling Commodore Diego Reyes how much damage the station was taking as the ISS Endeavour attacked. Cooper was killed when the station was destroyed.
