Daniel "Dan" Owsen (born August 27, 1966) is the localization manager of Nintendo of America, often translating games in the Legend of Zelda series. Daniel Owsen is one of the first voices heard on a Nintendo console. His voice can be heard in the intro of Super Metroid and Star Fox. Daniel Owsen also contributed to Nintendo's official website in his now discontinued "Ask Dan" column, where he would answer questions received from fans about Nintendo's work.
