Dr. Po is the Psychologist at Saint Bartleby's School for Young Gentlemen. He appears in The Arctic Incident while having a counseling session with Artemis at the beginning of the book. Artemis assumes that he is like all the other psychologists, but Dr. Po surprises him by noting that Artemis does not respect anyone enough to treat them as an equal. At the end of the book, Po asks Artemis if he has found anyone yet, and Artemis responds with the affirmative.
