Ingeborg Alpha was the largest orbital habitat in the Ingeborg System, housing more than two million people. It was destroyed in the Ingeborg Incident of 1710 PD after being infested with a deadly nanotech contagion. One of the people killed during its destruction was Rear Admiral Ellen D'Orville of the Royal Manticoran Navy. (Companion)
