cular (クラー Kurā) is a series used by Yusei Fudo in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime. They were released in Absolute Powerforce. The series consists of three monsters: "Unicycular", "Bicular" and "Tricular". Each has the ability to Special Summon another "cular" monster that is 1 Level lower than itself when destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, except "Unicycular" which is a Normal Monster. This seems to represent the monsters 'losing wheels'. Because of this asset and the fact that the "culars" have low stats, it seems that these monsters are specifically meant for aiding in Synchro Summons.
