Mrs. Pritchard (d. 1978) was the great-great-grandmother of Constance, Forbearance and Innocence Pritchard and their brothers and sisters. She wa a wandsmith – or "a cutter and a crafter" of wands – of extraordinary talent, which she seemed to have passed on to her daughter. The wand that she wielded until her death in 1978 was eventually inherited by her great-great-granddaughter Constance Pritchard in 2004.
