The Parliament of Rio Blanco is the bicameral legislature of Rio Blanco. It is divided into two houses; with the upper house being called the Senate of Rio Blanco while the lower house being called the House of Representatives; it holds legislative power. Headquartered at the National Capitol, in Denver (DCD), the Parliament meets every two years (ending with an odd number). Both houses of the Parliament vote in secret ballots and follow the Instant-runoff voting (Optional preferential voting).
