The USS Cerberus (NCC-75198) was a Prometheus-class Starfleet starship in service in the 2370s. In 2376, the Cerberus, under Admiral William Ross, led a task force assembling in the Gentarist system and then transiting to Deep Space 9 with the intention of establishing an allied force in the Gamma Quadrant. This was in response to a recent Jem'Hadar attack on Deep Space 9.
