The Tormented Focus is an elite focus skin found only in the Domain of Anguish. There are 21 types of Tormented Focus, one for each Monk, Necromancer, Mesmer, Elementalist and Ritualist attribute. They follow the naming convention of "Tormented Focus of Fortitude".
