The Seifukugan is a fusion between the Byakugan and Sharingan, when inactive the eyes are a blank white akin to the Hyuga clan. Unlike the Sharingan, it is accessable from birth. The eye contains a fusion of all the Sharingan's and Byakugan's passive abilities with the additional abilities to see people's life force and to instantly travel through dimensional portals. This eye is the only known instance of a Kekkei Tota being a Dojutsu.
