Bailey Carter is a minor character and later one of the main protagonists from the fictional series Power Rangers Crystal Beasts. She is Andrew Carter's younger sister who later becomes the Crystal Beast Cyan Ranger and harnesses the power of the Aquamarine Gemstone and the Crystal Beast Aquamarine Dolphin.
