The Surak Memorial was a monument located on Vulcan in the city of ShirKahr which consisted of a dome and several meditation gardens around it. By 2373, the Vulcan government had created detention cells where prisoners were placed in a holographic illusion of the gardens by the Surak Memorial. (TOS novel: Avenger)
