Vincent Frugoni was a citizen of the Swallow System and a retired soldier of the Solarian League Marine Corps. He was the younger brother of Sandra Frugoni Allenby, and had the same blond hair and blue eyes as her. Unlike many people from Swallow, he was a prolong recipient, looking much younger than he actually was.
