Cleo, Mac, T-Bone and Clifford are playing ball in the park. Cleo says that she's got the ball, but then it ends up landing on T-Bone's head. Cleo apologizes; she was looking at another dog. More specifically, she was looking at what it's wearing. It has some sort of weird contraption that it's wearing instead of a normal collar. Clifford identifies it as a "cone collar." He says that if a dog has an itch that it can't stop scratching, the veterinarian will put on a cone so that the spot can heal without the dog continually scratching at it. Mac thinks that it's hideous. He figures it's the dog's own fault. If she had just been able to control her scratching, she wouldn't have to wear the cone. Clifford doesn't figure it works that way. If you have an itch, you scratch. Cleo agrees with Ma
