Dispersion is a special ability that the COs Flak and Jugger have. It provides these COs with the ability to sometimes increase or decrease how much damage their units deal. This is not to be confused with luck. Normally Flak and Jugger have a dispersion rate of -15% to +25%, but this dispersion rate is increased when they use their CO Powers or Super CO Powers. The difference between luck and dispersion is that dispersion can both increase and decrease the amount of damage, whereas luck will only increase it.
