The P11 underwater pistol appears in the game as the "Korsakov K5 Dart Gun", and is most notably used in the "Night Shift" level to subdue guards without killing them or raising an alarm. Contrary to the real weapon, it only fires non-lethal tranquilizer darts instead of special-purpose underwater bullets.
