Doss was a female Bolian civilian pilot. In 2381, Doss was piloting the Ferenginar Transport for Ferengi Ambassador Derro when he was on Earth to meet with Federation President Nanietta Bacco. She transported him through the rain to the Palais de la Concorde, communicating with the Palais Control.
