Wungala Rose is a homid Philodox of the Black Furies. Her mother was an aboriginal woman of Pitjantjatjara tribe. who was seduced and abandoned by an unknowing male Black Fury kinfolk. Rose was born in 1931 in the Northern Territory in Australia, near Uluru. In 1943 her mother, Bulangu was killed by her own brother when he was in a drunken rage, and shortly afterward she was found and taken away by the Black Furies. She has a compassionate and patient character, and wants to improve white/Aboriginal relations with educational efforts. She guides her tribe in assisting Aboriginals, especially the women.She is a Sept Leader and in charge of Black Fury affairs in Australia.
