Athok Dinvar was a general in the Galactic Empire who commanded the garrison fighting the resistance on Nam Chorios. However, he secretly became a traitor, and a member of the resistance. In 6 BBY, when an investigator began searching for the the traitor, Dinvar attempted to frame the treason on Vidkun and Solari, two Imperial officers. However, a blunder on Dinvar's part gave away that he in fact was the traitor. Attempting to escape, he was killed in a firefight with guards. Without the information he provided the resistance, it was soon routed by Imperial forces.
