Milbim Halbim is a Senator of Andris, whose personality and feats remain a mystery for many. In 431, and Squire confided to a group of adventurers resting at the bank that the Senator was about to retire, and elections would be announced soon. By 438, that has not happened yet, which might indicate that Halbim changed his mind in the meanwhile. He is also the uncle of Calindra.
