Parven Cartié was a male Sarrish Jedi Master who served the Jedi Order as a Temple Master during the Golden Age of the Jedi. The third Temple Master of Akar Kesh after its reconstruction following the Clone Wars, Cartié was a benevolent Jedi of great strength and wisdom.
