Heichi Eriko was the daughter of Heichi Jomei, Boar leader of the Lair in the second half of the 12th century. The Lair was a remote valley in the Twilight Mountains which had been isolated from the Empire since the early 6th century. She had several brothers, being the eldest and presumed heir Heichi Utsuru.
