Pikko the Fisherman is a friendly penguin that sells Fish and Fishing Poles to the player. Pikko is unique in that he doesn't actually live in the town of Grove, as he is only seen within the Dungeons. He could possibly be related to Rikko the Enchanter, but this is unsure.
