Frances Malcolm was a Manticoran citizen and an employee of the Native Protection Agency. She was an ex-member of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps, and held the rank of Lieutenant in the NPA. In 1900 PD, she led a NPA patrol, when their vehicle was shot down by the Medusans. She was killed in defense of her craft, along with her crew. (HH1)
