The Unnamed Hitchhiker was a member of the Erdman Gang seen in 30 Minutes After Noon. He hitched a ride in Thomas Prescott's Car, and, once he got to his destination, put an Explosive Bracelet on Prescott's wrist, telling him to go to his room at the Hudson Building. There, in his filing cabinet he would find a key to get the bracelet off. Once he did, he was to leave it there. Once Prescott carried out these instructions, the bracelet detonated destroying most of the Hudson Building and the criminal records on the Gang he worked for.
