Admiral Hupsquoch was a Human male officer in the Republic Navy during the Clone Wars. Around 22 BBY, he served as a commanding officer of the Republic fleet under Jedi Master Nejaa Halcyon during the Battle of Praesitlyn. When Master Halcyon went planetside, Hupsquoch was ordered to destroy the Intergalactic Communications Center in order to keep it out of Separatist hands.
