The Spiral Charge is a skill from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. Link learns this skill from Instructor Owlan in Skyloft, to help rid Levias of his parasite. While riding on the Crimson Loftwing and pressing the A button, Link's Loftwing will now perform a drill-like attack that smashes through targets and hurts enemies. To ensure that Link is proficient with the move, Owlan sets up a training course, in which Link must destroy ten targets with the Spiral Charge in a limited amount of time.
