The name Ishta Fel is used by two people: a sith assassin known also as Ishta Prime, and a young child adopted by Tiara Fel. Born to an unremarkable family on Naboo, she was taken into custody by the Jedi as a youngling - a fate accepted by her parents as a key to a better life. This life took a sudden turn when the Sith took over Naboo in a brief overrun. During this time, Darth Venefica came upon the child and took sincere pity on her, choosing to adopt her as part of giving her a better life and saving a child among the Jedi from the Sith's harsh wrath.
