Betty Lou Shaggbilly is Shaggy Rogers's hillbilly cousin. There was a feud starting between the Shagbillys and the McGurks because she wouldn't go to the hoedown with Bubba McGurk, unless he took a bath. It was up to Shaggy and the two dogs to make him take one in time.
