Nuton Power Complex was a power station located near the UNIT HQ. It was run by George Hardiman. The Axons wanted to use the power plant to refuel their ship. When Axos gained control of the reactor they created a potential risk of a nuclear explosion. The complex overloaded and exploded. (TV: The Claws of Axos) A Northern Irish UNIT soldier named Francis Cleary was deeply disturbed by the sight of one of his fellow soldiers, a good friend, being killed by an Axon at the Nuton Power Complex.
