William Edward "Bill" Phipps is a retired American actor who is best known for providing the speaking voice of Prince Charming in Walt Disney's 1950 animated film, Cinderella. It remains one of his most renowned and celebrated roles to-date. He also has a role in Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey as Quentin the old man, who lives in the woods and finds Sassy.
