The No Name Mouse is a non playable character in EarthBound. He is the otherwise nameless mouse assistant of the Twoson inventor Apple Kid. Upon funding Apple Kid, No Name Mouse gives Ness the Receiver phone, which Apple Kid uses to contact Ness and friends throughout the game. When Apple Kid is kidnapped by Giygas' forces, the mouse is left behind at the lab of Dr. Andonuts' in Winters. When Ness and his friends arrive, he gives them Apple Kid's latest invention, the Eraser Eraser. The mouse arrives to Saturn Valley long after Apple Kid does, a fact he bemoans to Ness.
