Randolph (Boyse) Cutler, is the second child and only son of Lillian and William Cutler. Randolph only appears in four books of the Cutler Series: Dawn, Secrets of the Morning, Twilight's Child and Darkest Hour. Randolph is married to Laura Sue Thomas and has only one child with her, Philip Cutler. However he did adopted Laura Sue's two daughter's Dawn Longchamp by Randolph's own father William Cutler (through the rape of Laura Sue) and Clara Sue by Laura Sue's old lover Bronson Alcott. He began drinking after his mother's death and loses all sense of nearly everything around him. The only thing that made him happy was Christie. He was found dead from heart failure next to his mother's grave while Dawn and Jimmy were on their honeymoon.
