Dixie Kong takes out her bubblegum popgun and starts charging it up; as she charges it up, a pink bubblegum bubble forms on the barrel of the gun; the bubble grows larger the more the gun is charged up; upon releasing the special attack button, the bubble is blasted forwards at a great speed; upon hitting the opponent, it damages them and covers them with sticky gum that prevents them from moving on the ground and in the air. The opponent must rapidly move around to break free from the sticky mess. Opponents will be stuck for longer the higher their damage and the longer the move is charged up. If the move is charged too much, the bubble pops and splats all over Dixie, making her sticky.
