Oliver Smith (born 29 may 1952) is a Birttish film and television actor. He is primarily noted for his appearances in horror films Hellraiser as "Frank The Monster", and in its sequel Hellbound: Hellraiser II as "Skinless Frank" and the crazy/razor-cutting "Mr. Browning".
