Adavithra sh'Quo was an Andorian shen active as a Federation Starfleet non-commissioned officer in the early 25th century. In March 2411 she held the rating of maintenance engineer and the rank of petty officer first class. She was assigned to USS Black Prince. During the mission to the Teplan Protectorate she observed that the Dominion fleet at a nearby naval base could have easily wiped out the Starfleet presence, but had chosen not to.
