No. They were intimate in an alternate timeline in the Angel episode "I Will Remember You". In that episode Angel becomes human after his blood is mixed with a demon's. They spend the night in bed together. But Angel believes his being human will endanger Buffy so asks The Powers That Be to reset the day. Only he remembers what happened.
