The Cyborg Cell were an elite group of cyborg ninjas, who at one point attempted to steal the Staff of Devosynn owned by Wolfram & Hart and to use it to make the vampire Angel their slave. In the past, they carried out others mission including the elimination of a demon cabal in Jakarta and destruction of the Tanmar Death Chamber.
