INS Rana (D52) is a Rajput class destroyer in active service with the Indian Navy. She was commissioned on 28 June 1982. She is a redesigned Soviet Kashin class guided missile destroyer. Previously, a destroyer of the same name (D115) served in the Indian Navy from 1949 to 1976. This was the R or Rotherham class destroyer named HMS Raider (H15) that the Indian Navy had bought in 1948.
