Haasp Tsayad is the Sinestro Corps soldier of Sector 3492. He is the brother of the Green-Lantern Harvid, Haasp travels the cosmos, hunting the most rare and exotic breeds of sentient races and selling their skins on the black market. After an attempt to murder and skin one of the rarest species in the universe, his brother Harvid deemed him unstable and placed Haasp into an Oan Sciencell. Haasp eventually broke free from his sciencell and escaped, and he now holds a deep hatred for his brother, whom he has designated to be his next big hunt.
