Wakasa was a Native American colonist on the planet Dorvan V. He was a member of the planet's Tribal Council. When the Federation-Cardassian Treaty ceded his planet to the Cardassians, Wakasa resisted efforts to evacuate his tribe. (TNG: "Journey's End" ) Wakasa was played by actor George Aguilar. His name comes from the script.
