Outcast Necromancer can be found in Desolace [[:File:|[, ]]]. These centaur are likely, as the name suggests, outcasts from both the Gelkis and Magram tribes. Obviously necromancy does not sit well with either of the two. They are able to summon an Undead Ravager to fight.
