Upon detonation, they unleashed a cloud of radiation, affecting all targets in the 3-meter blast radius. These weapons were considered highly illegal and were used by only the most depraved or desperate armies. The grenade was used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars against the Republic clone troopers and their Jedi leaders.
