The Paatru were a breed of Argonian that lived in the innermost areas of Black Marsh and did not have much contact with outside races or the Imperial government that operated on the fringes of Black Marsh. They were described as looking toad-like. The Paatru were also xenophobic and were known to kill foreigners who they encountered.
