Leon Cole Piggett was a serial killer active in Washington who prepared his victims in a skillet with potatoes and onions before he ate them. Frank Black was responsible for his capture. (MM: "Pilot") It is not established when Leon Cole Piggett was active, although it must have been before 1996. It is also unclear whether he killed his victims in Seattle or in Washington, D.C..
