Tendd was an Imperial Moff whose territory including the planet Bethal in the Tapani sector's Pelagia Province during the Galactic Civil War. The Moff's declaration of Bethal as a disaster world after a greddleback termite infestation helped the planet to recover and receive emergency aid.
