Elicia Ross (アリシア·ロス, Arishia Rosu) is pirate who is a member of the all female pirate crew, the Hope Pirates, serving as the Navigator aboard their vessel. She was formerly a Marine, turning rogue and pirate for reasons so far unknown to anyone outside of the Hope Pirates.
