Francis Austin Walker (November 17, 1871 – May 29, 1956) was a Member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, farmer and insurance salesman and soldier in northern Alberta. Walker was first elected to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta in the 1905 provincial election. He represented the Alberta Liberal Party from 1905 to 1921 in the district of Victoria. In the six elections he ran in, he was acclaimed twice, the second time he was acclaimed under section 38 of the election act for service during World War I. He was defeated in his final two attempts to regain provincial office in Alberta.
