The Radio Beacon Deployment Program was an intelligence-gathering effort initiated by the Office of Naval Intelligence sometime prior to 2526. In the same year, the Assembly discussed utilizing assets from the program to help close the technology gap between the UNSC and the Covenant. Corporal Jason Morelli was attached to the program.
