'Scarface' Joe Levine was a perp on the run for six murders. He changed his face at The New You face parlour at gunpoint and was caught by Judge Joe Dredd after greeting the judge, thinking his new appearance would disguise him. He added speeding to his list of crimes by trying to escape at 200 miles per hour. He believed that he would be sent to the Time-Stretcher jail.
